Your satisfaction matters to us at Korrify. Our refund and return policy is designed to give you confidence when shopping for glueless wigs. Please read the full policy carefully before making a purchase.

Korrify Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered cannot be returned. This policy protects the health and safety of all Korrify customers. Please inspect your wig thoroughly before wearing or styling it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Korrosivetech@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Korrosivetech@gmail.com with a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at our expense.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at Korrosivetech@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not ship anything back without receiving return instructions from us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at Korrosivetech@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
